Reading a K-RERA Registration
Vaswani Menlo Park shows what a closed project looks like: registered on 15 October 2017, completed, with an occupancy certificate dated 1 September 2022 and a latest completion date of 30 September 2023. Vaswani Oakmont, a commercial project, was registered on 10 December 2018 and has an occupancy certificate dated 5 April 2022. Each project has to be read for its own dates.

Read the completion date and the quarterly update side by side. Vaswani Starlight's latest completion date is 31 December 2029, and it was 34 per cent complete at its update of 13 July 2026. Mark's 36 has a latest completion date of 10 January 2026, and it was 87 per cent complete at its update of 15 April 2026. Where progress is below 100 per cent after the listed completion date, ask the promoter for the current date.

Is Vaswani Bagalur the same as Vaswani Starlight?
No. Vaswani Starlight is a separate Vaswani Group project on ECC Main Road in Whitefield, with its own K-RERA registration. Vaswani Bagalur is a different project on a different site near Bagalur, and nothing about Starlight's homes, sizes or prices applies to it. The two share a developer and little else, so check the project name and location every time you see the Vaswani name.
Are there schools and hospitals near Vaswani Bagalur?
The nearest named school, Vidyan Earth School, is about 2 km away by road and the next, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, about 4 km; most named schools are 8 to 11 km away, among them Vidyashilp School at about 8.5 km and Delhi Public School Bangalore North and Oasis International School at about 11 km. The Government Hospital at Budigere is about 7 km away, and its services are not stated here.
